ACCESS TO INFORMATION AGREEMENT

By making an inquiry and receiving information from the Cambodia Business Guide (CBG), it is understood that you have read, fully understood, and have agreed to the terms and conditions written herein as follows:

1. The validity and value of the information given in response to an inquiry are subject to changes that can happen without notice.

2. CBG is not responsible and cannot be held liable for how the information given in response to an inquiry may be used by the inquirer and for the results or outcomes of its utilization.

3. CBG reserves the right to refuse the provision of information that, in the opinion of CBG, can produce results that violate laws and/or defy enforced regulations in Cambodia.

4. The length of time that CBG responds to an inquiry is subject to the availability of information, technological and/or technical or environmental factors, or force majeure, that can affect digital communications.

5. CBG will strictly observe the rule of confidentiality and will not disclose to anyone the name, email address, and business plan of an inquirer unless given written permission by the inquirer to do so; however, CBG may need to follow legitimate court orders to disclose such information in conformity with the rule of law, if such a lawful demand comes to bear.

6. CBG will only recommend to the inquirer a stable government-registered and licensed business consulting firm with relevant expertise when the time comes for the inquirer to need hands-on assistance in going through the needed procedures to establish a business enterprise in Cambodia; however, the right of the inquirer to explore or connect to other business consulting persons or firms shall be respected.

7. CBG shall not be held responsible or liable for any result or outcome that the inquirer may find undesirable in his or her engagement with the business consulting firm he or she has chosen for assistance.
